This "online" Gentle Yoga Class is designed to help women rebalance their hormones and manage symptoms of Menopause & Perimenopause. This is a gentle class that incorporates Pranayama (Breathwork) with some soft somatic movements, along with Restorative & Yin style poses to help women with the dreaded hot flashes, menopause belly, insomnia, achy joints and more.
Class will be on Zoom & a link will be provided the day before to registered students.
Cameras do not need to be turned on if that is your comfort level.

There will be a lecture on the science behind this practice, a short guided meditation, then a short Q&A session.
Join us for this 3 hour workshop where you'll be taught how to practice Mindfulness while you make your very own Seashell Mandala to take home.
Traditionally, a Mandala is a geometric design or pattern that represents the cosmos. It's about finding peace in the symmetry of the design & the universe. It is used in many cultures and traditions with the belief that upon entering the Mandala and proceeding towards the center, you are guided through the cosmic process of transforming the universe from one of suffering into one of joy & happiness!
You'll be guided through various grounding and mindful techniques throughout the making of your Mandala. As your craft dries, you'll enjoy a 30 minute Guided Meditation Class themed on "Reclaiming Self-Worth & Reconnecting to Self". Ending with instructions on how to use your Mandala for a continued Meditation practice at home and a group photo of our class and all your beautiful Mandalas you've created!
